Can I cancel or change my order?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has entered processing, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Returns

Not satisfied with your Lunuuria product? No worries. You may return your product within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for returned items:

Unused and in the same condition as received
In the original packaging
Product tags attached
Receipt or proof of purchase included

We will provide you with return instructions and, if necessary, a return label. Returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted.

Bank account number (IBAN)
Copy of the order confirmation

Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from delivery.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the product you received and place a new order once the return has been approved.

14-Day EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. The above conditions must be met (product in original condition, unused, tags attached, etc.).

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
A 5% handling and banking fee will be deducted from the refund
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, especially for returns outside Finland

Defective or Damaged Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at: info@lunuuria.com.

The issue must be reported within 30 days of receiving the product. We will assist you in resolving the matter and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.

For returns from outside the EU, any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
